Ink789 is more than just another online betting platform. We are a community of Malaysian players who share the same passion — fair excitement, quality gameplay, and trust that is never taken for granted.
Ink789 was founded with one clear goal — to give Malaysian players access to an online gaming experience that matches international casino standards, with a local touch that truly understands the needs and preferences of users in this country. We know Malaysian players want more than just a platform to place bets — they want somewhere they can trust, that's easy to use, and that delivers real value for every MYR they put in.
From day one, ink789 has prioritised three things: transparency in every aspect of gameplay, speed across all deposit and withdrawal processes, and friendly, easy-to-understand communication in Bahasa Malaysia. These are not just marketing slogans — they are commitments we prove every day through real action.
"We are not trying to be the biggest platform in the world. We are trying to be the most trusted one for Malaysian players."
— The ink789 TeamRTP is displayed for every slot, Live Casino table limits are shown before you take a seat, and every transaction is fully recorded in your ink789 account.
Deposits are credited in seconds, withdrawals processed in under 5 minutes. No excuses, no unnecessary long waits.
All communications, customer support, and platform content are available in Bahasa Malaysia — we speak your language, not corporate jargon.
Every decision we make — from game selection to payment methods — starts with one question: is this the best experience for our ink789 members?
The ink789 story began with a simple observation — many Malaysian players who enjoyed Sports Betting or casino games were forced to use foreign platforms that didn't understand local needs. Complicated deposit processes requiring overseas payment methods, interfaces available only in English or Mandarin, and unresponsive customer support were the top complaints. That frustration was the spark behind building ink789.
From day one, ink789 was built not to copy existing platforms, but to solve the real problems faced by Malaysian players. Depositing via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks isn't just an "added option" at ink789 — these are the primary methods, fully optimised for local user convenience. Players don't need an international credit card or a foreign digital wallet to play at ink789.
When it comes to building our game collection, ink789 takes a different approach from most platforms. Rather than cramming in as many titles as possible to appear large, we focus on quality and relevance. Every title on ink789 is selected against three criteria — graphic quality and gameplay experience, fairness based on RTP and independent audits, and genuine interest among Malaysian players based on real data. This is why our collection feels more focused and relevant compared to platforms that simply list thousands of titles with no quality oversight.
Ink789 partners directly with the world's leading game providers to ensure Malaysian players have access to the best and latest titles. PG Soft brings the most viral slots in Malaysia, including Mahjong Ways 3 and Lucky Neko. Pragmatic Play supplies Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, and Starlight Princess — titles that consistently top our bestseller charts. For Live Casino, Evolution Gaming offers Classic Baccarat, Speed Baccarat, and Blackjack VIP tables with the highest HD broadcast quality in the industry. SA Gaming and Ezugi bring Asian dealers who better understand the playing style and communication preferences of players in this region.
Working directly with these providers means ink789 players always have access to the latest game versions, newly launched features, and sometimes exclusive titles unavailable on other platforms. This is a genuine advantage we continue to strengthen through long-term relationships with our partners.
One area where ink789 never compromises is player data security and game fairness. All personal information and financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same security standard used by leading banking institutions. This means your data — from account details to betting records — is stored securely and never shared with third parties without your consent.
On the fairness side, all slots at ink789 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent international body. This ensures every spin and every game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be influenced by any party. For Live Casino, all sessions are streamed live without any editing or manipulation — you see exactly what is happening in real time at our dealer studio.
Ink789 also operates under a valid international licence, which requires us to comply with strict operational standards including player fund segregation, anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, and user protection policies. This isn't just a legal requirement — it is part of our commitment to being a platform that Malaysian players can trust for the long term.
We recognise that the online gaming industry carries significant social responsibility. ink789 takes an active approach to ensuring our platform does not become a source of harm for vulnerable players. Every ink789 account comes with self-limitation features — you can set daily deposit limits, betting limits, or a maximum session duration. If you feel you need a break, a self-exclusion feature is also available to temporarily block access to your account.
The ink789 customer support team is also trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and to refer players to appropriate help resources when needed. We believe a responsible platform is a stronger and more trusted one in the long run — and that is precisely the value we want to build together with our Malaysian player community.
